This is the update for IBC Korat Campus Internet Line

1. We will pay them 23,000 baht first and withhold 2,500 baht for 6 months.
2. Upon their request, 0n 15th, Kong Saranya and I agree to add 2,200 (275x8) for eight female hubs
3. On 18th, they request to add money for the black wire. I only agree to add 1,000 for them.

When you finished the wiring, we can pay them: 23,000 + 2,200 + 1,000
26,200 Baht. And after half year, we will pay them 2,500 baht.
